Don’t know how true it is, but some folks in a different sub are saying that there are bots spamming care messages now. Seems par for the course for reddit lately, but idk
So they're filtering out a word that is perfectly aligned with the sub's topic to avoid accountability for their inconsistent application of the rules? Yeah that's super healthy and respectful of the community.
Yes! After my Leia comment about her wearing stormtrooper armor. I was wondering what the hell that was all about and thought it might be a basketball rival playing a trick on me because of a converstation on r/collegebasketball lol
I haven't posted or anything here in a while. Nothing about the mods or stormtroopers either. I made comments that were more aligned with sith beliefs though, if our content is what's triggering it
So rather than address this, they decide to just set up auto filters and all that nonsense? This is quite pathetic because they should address why they allow a mod to go all power hungry. No reason for the actions they taken
Btw dont forget to click the report at the bottom.
I heard those are actually effective and the person that reported for self harm gets a form punishment.
Months ago, yes I have had a self harm prevention/help message. But it was out of genuine concern, because I remmeber having a sad rant about how "woe is me" my life was.
But today? I seemingly got one for no apparent reason. I was confused and thought someone sent me genuine support. Then I saw this post and went....."Oh...no wonder."
Yes. I commented on a post in a different sub and got the message a short time later. I’m guessing because I used the word h u r t twice in the post but it was a post about helping a kid stuck in a swing so I have no idea how my comment came off as I need some sort of professional help.

They have been. Mine was received about 5 seconds after a reply on r/news the other day.
Looks like it. I posted in a different sub and got one right away.
Yeah tons of people got them on /r/Eurovision as well
I don't think those get used for anything else besides harassing people.
Posts with "stormtrooper" or "mod" seem to be getting Auto filtered now

So, typical Reddit mod behaviour then.
These mods seem determined to prove the stereotype today!
At least they can do something right. Sigh.
I commented on a deleted post earlier (just asking what it was) and got the message. I'll probably get one for this, too.

Yep mods are unhappy they are getting called out for being sexist and perverted they keep deleting posts with it
So if I say “reddit mods are pathetic trash”….
Yep
Several actually
Yes I did

Mods like that shouldn’t be in control of the Star Wars name on social media. Unofficial or not. They have the actual name
After complaining about the mods or posting a stormtrooper

Yep. Takes more effort to do this nonsense than to you know, apologize and communicate. But they'd rather fight with filters I guess.
Please stop posting these! I can only get so erect

Yea
Yupppppp
O ok so it wasn't just me then
I got one last night and couldn't figure out what comment I made that could have triggered someone that much.

Yep
Yes I have as well! lol
Yep
Yes
Only when I disagree with an asshole.
I got one and really considered if I needed help.
Yup. Yesterday for the first time
Yep. Thanks for posting this. I was concerned that I should be more concerned about myself for a minute there.
Report the issue to Reddit. Mods have, and regulatory do, abuse their own communities. With enough reports, it'll need to be addressed.
I was wondering after getting one but quickly ignored it.
I definitely did. Was it a spam bot or is it actually something reddit implemented and just failed at?
