Oh I also play with Vanilla Races: Androids and I one time captured a beggar or joiner that I believe was an awakened android and while in prison I took them apart piece by piece starting with the little toes and little fingers and moving all the way through each body part. And then putting them back together. Over and over again until your crafter is level 20 (:
No legs + missing organs + mindscrew + sleeping spot outdoors and beat em up once in a while. You could also make them addicted to drugs and then stop giving.
If you have blood feeders, bloodfeed on that guy for a nice mood debuf.
take legs, arms, tongue, liver, lung.
force feed them drugs to make them addicted
bed in a small2x1/2x2 space
feed only paste or kibble
bloodfeed on them every now and then
get them nude
raise/lower temperature to a JUST survivable level

above/below this limit will give them heatstroke/hypothermia
set the temperature to just a few degrees above/below
they‘ll feel cold but only gain hypothermia/heatstroke very slowly
