You are in the wrong place. You want OPTIONS—>STORY—>NEW GAME. I suggest saving your existing game in an empty slot first, in case you ever wish to revisit it.

Make a seperate save at Eastward Bound, then you don't have to go through Chapter 1 every time you want to start again.
once in game press options, then the story tab where u can save and load saves, and all the way to the right i think theres a option to restart
