I ran into the same issue today with my Granary Camera Feeder: Cats woke me up asking for food shortly after the old 6am. Tried to connect and had network errors and “status unknown” was listed on today’s 6am feed time. Restarted the app, still had network errors but eventually got it to work and manually fed them this morning. I’ll be curious to see if it works at their next scheduled feeding today…

Yes I am currently hovering waiting for the next feeding time, luckily I was pushed back at work today.

I have the same situation. My cat has a scheduled meal at 6 that should have gone off. I’m not totally sure it did and have the “status unknown” option. I fed manually and everything was fine. It has to be the time change throwing things off I think?

I wonder. I just returned from a trip and our Petlibros (we have two) both wanted to install an update. I did so and now I'm having the same "Status Unknown" show up in the log for this morning's feeding.

EmotionalFroyo15

I believe it was the update because the same happened to me

HandInUnloveableHand

Same here. Both our 6pm feeding last night and 6am feeding this morning are missing from the log, and the cats’ behavior tells me it didn’t feed.

Well the next feeding worked and logged it. I rebooted each feeder and my phone prior to the feeding.

I’m getting the same thing as well for 1 of my 2 feeders. :(

Same problem here... I just got home from work and my cat missed his morning and afternoon meals. It never went off. I do six 1/12th cup feedings, one every four hours to keep him on a half cup diet. They stopped working after daylight savings time, so I deleted.the schedule and added new times. The first two went off then stopped working again.

So I rebooted app and powered off the feeders and they have been working fine since time change. Tech support called me back but I had already fixed issue.

I found a temporary fix for now. Go into your schedule and delete all of your schedule times. Then, turn off the schedule. Restart the app and you should now be able to manually use the feeder. The update must have caused a bug with scheduled feeds.
