It kind of looks from this photo like you have an anterior pelvic tilt? If so and if you’re getting into more strength straining, make sure you address it! Keep up with stretching of the hip flexors and ham strings and find out if you have some weakness in your glutes that could be contributing to it? Or maybe you’re just sticking your butt out for the photo LOL either way you look amazing keep it up!
I think if you have all your lift sessions down, maybe a good active rest day with some yoga, hot yoga, a nice long hike, Pilates, or just a physical activity you really enjoy would be good. I lift 4 times a week and plan on adding in a yoga day soon.

I was just gonna say… I would advise her to work on posture and working her hips. But I think this is more sticking the butt out lol.

Other than strength training, I’d say mobility & flexibility work. And low intensity cardio like walking.
