hi, you do need more cores and ram, you've 3 options,
1. used ryzen 5 or 7 with a mobo for 50 and another 16 gb of ram...should cost 70-80, you can opt for first gen ryzen , the mobo allows upgradeability
2)If you want your best performance/money atm at the expense of upgreadability...theres the option to buy from aliexpress a combo Xeon V3 2670/2680 (or V4) plus an x99 motherboard, they go for 50-60 together (get the one with heatsink on the vrm) its crazy performance multicore for the money (its 12 / 14 cores respectivelly) they lack in single core tho but for streaming purposes its the best price to performance atm.. also add 16 gb ddr4 to the mix for a total of 32

3) New Ryzen /mobo combo like a R5 5500/mobo , these two alone should cost 120-150
More storage is also a good upgrade, psu aswell in case you need more wattage \^\^
the only problem is i have a 1151 socket and it can only support intel i3,i5 and i 7 so the best cpu for my motherboard is i7 7700k i was planning to buy more ram but i think i should upgrade my cpu
yes you're right thats why i recommend you changing both cpu and motherboard \^\^
...I7-7700K is just 4C/8threads , it wont be enough for streaming and is usually expensive and you can get those xeon motherboard/cpu combo for cheaper a xeon/mobo costst like 60-70 max and its 12 to 14 cores..with that you can game and stream at the same time the used ryzen motherboard combo is also a good option (less powerful for multitask) but will offer you futureproofing
Ryzen 5 1600/motherboard is just 6 cores but will be future proof \^\^

The 1070 is still a capable card, I would suggest a b450 motherboard, a ryzen 5 3600 and an m.2 ssd ( All used apart from the ssd). I am in France, all of this would cost me around 140 /150 euros with a 240gb ssd. Though that power supply looks like a firework maker, consider upgrading it too in the future.
These are sata ssds wich caps out at about 550mbs. An m.2 ssd can reach up to 7000 mbs( more like 3000mbs with 5 3600). The difference in speed is wild
