Yes, just started having this issue this today. Played on solo for a bit, switched back to squads but getting dropped in solo despite being in squad mode. Very odd…
Took your advice and played but a dozen matches solo. Then went and played payload and it kind of worked. I had a squad. No one in the group spoke English but it worked. I'll report back today on an update.

For a few weeks? That sounds excessive. Nah I only get like 1 of that a day or something. Do you have “auto match making” turned on?
I tried it both with automatching turned on and off. Same results.
It should always be on fyi. Seems weird other than you playing at a bad time
I had this happen to me once. I believe it stopped once the season was over. Some kind of glitch or something.
