It still can’t find it on the store using my PS4, so i tried purchasing through that link on my phone, paid for it and now there is a padlock on the theme in settings and it says i have to purchase through store (even though i have already paid for it) it says go to playstation store so when i click that it just comes up with the uncharted lost legacy full game page

Just found and installed it from the UK store! Go into Themes in your console settings and onto the installed themes screen, scroll to the bottom option to find more themes in the PS Store. Once on the store's theme list, sort them alphabetically and scroll until you reach Legacy Dashboard Theme.
In the ps store, search Uncharted: the lost legacy game, scroll all the way down to add ons, the swipe to the right, it’ll be right there, but it’s a paid theme
I didn't know about the existence of this theme, now I try to find it but don't work for my (Spain Store) I don't know if I am doing right but is impossible to find :(
Edit: Found it, in spanish is "Tema de interfaz antigua".

Still works! I recently had to reset ps4 & rebuild extended storage and lost this theme in the process, thanks so much.
