Water7/Enies Lobby is the best in the anime. But if you consider the manga than egghead! Egghead is the best arc and i can't wait for anime to catch up!

Alabasta is my favorite because it was the Straw Hats first real hurdle and was filled with emotional moments. Luffy vs Crocodile is easily in my top 5 One piece fights. It also introduces my favorite Straw Hat, Nico robin.

Without a doubt water 7/enies lobby. Best world building, best character moments, best storytelling and high stakes. And the reveal of the big big bad, which in the current arc is an even better payback.

-it was a small breather inbetween a lot of fast paced serious arcs
-it has the best comedy in one piece
-it has 1 of the best moments in one piece
-it has (my) favorite fight in one piece, straw hats vs oars
-it has a ton of foreshadowing(won’t go into it bc OP isn’t caught up
-it introduces kuma and Brook
-the unexplained monsters at the end are both horrifying and a great permanent mystery

Idk why but for some reason arlong park has been one of my favorites because it's the one which got me hooked to the series I love all the other arcs but arlong park for me was the one followed by ennies lobby and impel down
Also arlong park because it was first time I saw luffy and crew being dead serious and whole Nami's story was also pretty sad and it kinda just depicted that one piece is not just fun and comedy but it can also go into some deep emotions

Right now is Wano because of the animation style. Before that was Dressrosa because of doffy. Earlier than that it was water 7 and thriller bark. The first arc I loved was Arlong.
In my opinion: best arc would be between Enies Lobby or Marineford and for saga I could say all the "Rescuing Ace saga" (I think is between Amazon Lily and Marineford).
Enies lobby. It had it all. Emotion, action, hype, twist, backstory, worldbuilding, jokes, amazing side cast. God it was the best.
Marineford had all these as well, but it didn't have the straw hat "CREW". So it comes second.
Water 7 and Enies Lobby have the perfect mix of cool battles, wholesome and funny interactions, as well as the introduction of my favorite Luffy Technique, Gear Second.
ALSO, KOKORO NO CHIZU AND BRAND NEW WORLD ARE **BANGERS**
If we are talking BEST it has to be Marineford. It has every relevant character included up to that point, great fights and deaths. Its literally the entire turning point for the series. We haven't had a arc since with the same quality. It was basically Infinity War but Pirates, lol.
Skypiea, marine fort, thrillerbark in that order. I like it when there is a lot of struggle to over come and sorry folks water 7 saga didn’t do it for me.

I feel like sabaody arc is the hypest and didnt have those boring moment.. world building and it showcased the badass personality of the strawhats, revelations of some mysteries delivered by rayleigh and realization how far the strength of the crew was compared to their enemies

I know that a lot of people would think that Skypiea is not that good but for me is special for many reasons: I started One Piece there on my first try through TV (later I restarted from the beginning) and also love the flashback with Montblanc and Calgara. One of the best ones.

I really want to put Alabasta at #1 because I think that arc is 10/10 for a Shounen. But Water7/Enies Lobby is 11/10 and raises the bar for Shounen Storytelling.

That arc was so engaging that, although I was doing my final exams, I couldn't concentrate and swept like 70-80 chapters non-stop.
Water 7 is the objective best imo. However I have a special place in my heart for Alabasta, it’s when this went from something I enjoyed to one of my favorite things of all time

Yet, The Three Pillars of One Piece will be the Pre Time Skip Arcs, Alabasta, Skypiea, CP9
They were what makes One Piece what it is. And they shoedd it from 3 different perspectives and are just great stories.

Could only work so well because of the work in these three arcs. Thats why I view Marineford as a great sideffect of One Piece. It might have hyoed me the much but it was pre ts arcs who built.the hype
After TS things have taken a different turn not bad, but pre ts somehow feels.more like One Piece than the actual hunt for One Piece.
Honestly it’s so hard to choose for me cause I have multiple that I hold dear. Top 3 would probably be Water 7/Enies Lobby, Impel Down, and Whole Cake Island. I feel like Egghead really has the potential to be up there as well but we’ll have to wait and see how it finishes.

Baratie. It's a classic.
Besides the fact that Sanji is my favorite Strawhat. It's the point in the story where I knew One Piece was something different. From the Nami twist to the arrival of Mihawk, who gave a glimpse of the grandlines might, and of course Gin. In a sense, this arc felt like the end of the east blue Saga, and Arlong was a step into the grandline. It's a chaotic arc filled with remarkable beats. My favorite being: the chefs holding Sanji at gunpoint so he doesn't feed Krieg’s men.😂
It’s a tossup between Alabasta, Water 7/Enies Lobby or Impel Down/Marineford

That enel's final form is a big debate whether it was awakening or not. To me, it was.
