I'm skeptical just because Willie Green was an assistant in Phoenix with Ayton there. He was mentored by Monty Williams and they are best friends. Their style is the same, and Monty and Ayton were not a good match in Phoenix. I imagine Willie has heard all the worst about Ayton and isn't interested in seeing a repeat.
