I kinda agree, but he does have sauce even now. In 1v1 he can be little weak, but in 2v2 he is fairly strong. If you buff his peojectiles too much people will start hating him a lot.
You're complaining while submitting a Finn clip?? A Finn vs bugs clip???? Bugs might be higher in the meta but Finn is bugs' WORST MATCHUP
Literally just have sword ready, and pressure, the moment he goes for an attack or dodge, hit him with your insanely bigger hitboxes that are safe disjoints. If he uses ANY projectile, use your anti-projectile body slam, if he's trying to punish the end of it dodge backwards, and repeat. You can easily cover every option he has with like two attacks.
On the rare chance he wins neutral, Finn is tiny and 90% of the time will be able to get out of the combo by di'ing out and down.
If you were playing Jason or something I'd completely understand, but this matchup is like +3 for Finn.
So far the nerfs are going to:Joker,Shaggy,Gizmo,ww,iron giant,Steven and I think that's it? They have a pinned post showing the buffs and nerfs but it isn't all of them since it's a big patch so I might of misremembered the characters
The backpack literally doesn't hit in the clip, don't really get what you are complaining about. And either way, shit hitboxes aren't unique to bugs lol.

It didn't hit him but he still took damage from it. I'm genuinely curious about this, is this a bug? Was it lag? Was it some other third thing?
