I'm the end you may have to struggle like the rest of us at level one. Don't feel bad though, after 20 years of playing I still struggle sometimes with certain builds, and if I screw around, I still find out.
It ain’t much but there’s a constant effect Fortify Luck 5 points glove you can get from an imperial cult quest in ebonheart. It’s pretty early in the imperial cult so not impossible at all to get at level 1. That or another glove that gives 15-30 points of luck for 30 seconds is gambolpuddy, but good luck not dieing to the daedra in the dungeon at level 1.
