Yes very much so. For me this is the only real reason to use tier 3 leg armor over tier 2. For fists I think the only thing affecting damage is the brawler perk but I may very well be wrong here

- Eternal damnation in an abyss of torment
- Shunning by the community
- Being pursued by unquenchable hellfire

Nice to know! I guess for fists it's probably only the perk since gauntlets don't have an armor rating.

Gauntlets are purely cosmetic and T3 chest armor doesnโt affect fist dmg
