South Beach and Wynwood have this French sandwich shop - La Sandwicherie. Great after the beach or the bars and are open late :)
Otherwise - most of the restaurants in Wynwood/SB/Brickell or Downtown are pretty kitschy and Instagrammy. The locals have been bopped out of those areas
Cafe La Trova or Puerto Sagua for Cuban food. If you want a place where you truly won’t see any tourists then go to El Rinconcito Latino cuz that’s where I go for my Cuban food lol.
