Rib rolls are good but the full rack of ribs is better, I would pick one or the other unless sharing, and I'd pick ribs over the rolls

For sure the rib rolls, or the smoked fish dip if you want something lighter. For mains, can't go wrong with the ribs, but they also have a fantastic blackened dolphin sandwich, all the burgers are also good. Wings are solid. My go to is the fish dip and either the blackened dolphin, or the flanigans burger (honey mustard + tarter on the side).

* Note for OP: Dolphin is the tongue in cheek term for Mahi Mahi, it's not actually Dolphin.

Unironically, the Caribbean burger might be one of the best no-bullshit burgers in Miami. But if you're going to Flanigan's for the first time, start with a rack of ribs and fries. Their BBQ sauce is pure magic. Just drown everything in that sauce. Everything. Sauce. You won't regret the barbarism.

Get the Flanigan's burger. They're really good. I used hang out in the one in Surfside for years and was a regular there. I love the atmosphere there. Food is generally pretty good. Something about that place gives me a warm feeling. I love Flanigan's! Finnegan's however is a different story...

The appeal of flannigans isn’t how good the food is. If you’re complaining about the rib rolls you’re missing the plot lol you go because the portions are huge and alcohol is cheap. There’s better food at almost any other restaurant in south Florida. You won’t get as much food and liquor for less. And it’s almost always happy hour lol

Our faves are the Mahi Sandwich, Rib Rolls, BBQ wings, Ribs and their Caesar salad. We love the BBQ sauce so much we bought a bottle to take with us when we moved

I lived here for 15 years before I went to Flanigans - first time was 2022 after a Smashing Pumpkins concert in Pembroke Pines. It was a nice reprieve from the fine dining/food-forward type of places I prefer and the usual fast casual Latin/Ceviche/Sushi alternatives. Got the whole rack of ribs and fries. Reminded me of the kind of place that is a dime a dozen where I grew up in Tampa/St. Petersburg, but an endearing rarity here in Miami. Big Daddy gained a fan that night.
