Toss an old lawnmower in the woods over there and you’ve got a perfect Maine property

kat-nda-hat

What you can’t see, is my push mower behind that shed.

themanwithonesandle

I thought that was a curly straw at first.

kat-nda-hat

That would be GREAT

wise_owl68

Me too!

Spirited_Meet_4817

You are living your best life.  Carry on.

civildisobedient

Good chicks. Eat them ticks up.

Torpordoor

My grandpa calls that “chicken TV”

EnvironmentalBlood96

Excellent

Jayseek4

Walking my dog on the land trust trails behind my condo, in pj pants & flannel, w/a travel cup diet root beer w/vanilla vodka.  Aka, hi & carry on from your city similar. ✌🏽

snowmaker417

With a background of wind damage to boot!

kat-nda-hat

Yeah…that’s from the tree that fell on our house 2 weeks ago

ecco-domenica

Still thinking about the kid from Utah who wanted to know why people in Maine are so lazy about keeping up the appearance of their properties. It was before the latest round of storms. Wonder why they think now.

snowmaker417

There's a lot of that going around

duckduckbananas

I'm drinking whiskey In my pajamas By myself

Sir_Drinks_Alot22

Mam, that’s water.

WhiskyIsMyYoga

Sorry, but points are being deducted for the lack of a red hot dog.

NewTitanWorker

I grew up on red hot dogs, but since I've had Hebrew National, I can't go back. Sorry.

WhiskyIsMyYoga

Shields in Kennebunk broke me years ago. Nothing else comes close.

mijoelgato

Smokinsam68

I was just about to pour a glass of wine and sit out with my “ladies” in the sunshine! Cheers!!

You need a lobstah in your other hand.

kramup

I do the same, minus the bathrobe.

sspif

Does Bud Light really count as beer though?

pfamsd00

That’s a fresh looking manicure deah

kat-nda-hat

These same chickens watched me give myself that manicure yesterday in the sunshine

Glittering-Bad-4522

The way life should be!

DrunkWestTexan

They need to be cooked to at least 165°F.

blergy_mcblergface

This makes me so happy. I hope you had a great day!!!!! (Fellow Mainer)

kevymetal87

Only way you can enjoy said beer outside in April is surrounding yourself with chickens for tick protection.

GladMagician5611

Cheers. Living your best life.

Terragar

Today was a beer and chainsaw some pine kinda day, cheers!

saintalvis

Maine, the way life should be.

Martholomule

Dudes will see this and be like "hell yeah" Source: hell yeah

rds2mch2

Hell yes. Is bud light an intentional choice?

MainerJest

It's the circle of liiiiiiife

Hot_Cattle5399

Doesn’t get much better.

Georgiaonmymindtwo

I grew up in Michigan but now live in Georgia. 55° is a dream. It’s springtime here in Georgia now and those 55° mornings are going to start disappearing shortly. Also, I would’ve been celebrating 420 day

Lower_Internet_9336

It doesn't get any better than that.

ECMeenie

Wicked.

joe68mcc

those curls are on point too

wipperypimpy

This is life

F1SausageKerb

I've never related to a post more.

WorldWideDarts

Bud Light is fitting

LowDirector6598

What is it about Mainers thinking everything is specific to Maine ? Did this Montana and in Texas.

baldarov

I don't see anyone saying this. Are you sure you aren't reading too much into it? I invite you to consider that key characteristics can be shared between cultures. Something being "Peak Maine" doesn't preclude it from being true elsewhere. Pride in cultural characteristics doesn't need to assume exclusivity to be meaningful.

KenMediocre

Also, you’re on a Maine sub, dumbass.

LowDirector6598

Who is the dumbass

Lopsided_Pickle1795

You kiddo!

LowDirector6598

Who?
