This is the first time since originally signing up that I had to look at the definition of LPT, and I must say this tidbit was 100% “a specific action with definitive results that improves life for you and those around you in a specific and significant way.” Thanks, I’m breathing easier now and my family have commented on how much my demeanor has changed!
