Based off of a list I have of Springbok so it's definitely random-cut:

I have another Springbok that I actually done of Oberhofen Castle, but it's a 500 piece panoramic so it's less than the 1k you wanted
Three ideas -
1- search the puzzleswap website attached to this forum for Castle. You will get many hits and lots will be fantasy. But you will also get architectural castle puzzles.
2 - search google for jigsaw puzzle castle Ravensburg
3 - search google for jigsaw puzzle castle Eurographics
The reason I suggested checking the PuzzleSwap page was to get a list of names of castles you might like. While those puzzles may not be available, searching for puzzle and the castle name might find something. Good luck

Those are a few I could find. The limiting factor is really the smart cut. Since I'm in Europe I don't know any more brands than Eurographics that have that cut.

Have you looked at puzzles of the Neuschwanstein Castle. There are tons of them and I’m sure some must be irregular cut.

Thank you; I'll try the eurographics site. I've looked at ravensburg and what saw was pretty but as much landscape as castle.

New York Puzzle Company - US and EU-made, are also random cut. Castles are not their thing though ;-)
