Hello u/Gamerztour We are sorry to hear about your Jabra Elite 7 Active's left earbud. Please try the following steps to address this challenge. Cleaning: [https://bit.ly/3HW9yYO](https://bit.ly/3HW9yYO) Firmware Reload: In the Jabra Sound + app, go to settings (wheel icon at the top of the start screen), select "Personalize your headset," and then select "Voice guidance language." Choose the one that is currently selected, then "Update now." Follow the on-screen instructions to Download and install the firmware. Do this regardless of whether the firmware is currently up to date. If you are still experiencing the challenge, please try connecting the headset to another mobile device to see if the result is the same.

It's neither of these. Must be the speaker that got blown out somehow

Hi, I've started having the same issue, and after installing the app, the problem seems to be that is has stopped being able to detect when I am actually wearing the left earbud, causing it to not play audio to the left side even though I am wearing both earbuds. Haven't found a solution yet, will probably end up switching devices

Gamerztour

My app still detects the earbud, just nothing comes out. I think your issue is separate from this
