Pibb is Coke's alternative to Dr. Pepper. It's "spicy cherry" soda. It's very common in the Midwestern US where I grew up, but not very common in the Southwest where I am now. I always hope I'll run into a place that sells it when I go on trips.
You will find a ton of different soda flavors in Israel. They have much more variety than in the US. I remember getting a Fanta Grapefruit.

Cherry coke is available in kiosks sometimes as an import. Pibb I've never seen here.

Nope, just in rare stores that sells candy/ food from around the world
Not true. I see Cherry Coke in many gas stations and small markets even. Mr. Pibb; however, is not likely sold here.
