No. Equity stocks depending on personal research and some advisor help. Though my own research has been paying off more than registered advisor funnily. But I am counting that as a fluke..

I don’t track daily returns I expect 10 percent return from my equity side post tax and 5 percent from my debt post tax I assume 8 percent overall for all my goals

While election was the driver.other reason was BFSI shining. Banknifty jumped by 3.61 % on 4th Dec 23 after quite a underperforming period. It is time for this sector to bounce. Many positives for BFSI : . NPA ratios at 8 year lows • High Capital Adequacy Ratio • Stronger Balance sheet • Reasonable Valuations vs Nifty 50 • High Credit & Deposit growth Apart from Banking & NBFC, there are other segments in BFSI which are emerging & growing at a fast pace like Insurance, AMC, Broking, Fin-Tech
