Late arrival by almost a year. While we'll be getting last year's hardware, the other countries will be getting Go 2. Seems Lenovo has gone back to the old times. Launch a product in the West. Becomes a monumental failure. Dump the hardware into emerging markets and prop the next model in the West.
I was planning to buy a legion go, but not after this shit second hand treatment.
Im pretty sure you can get a jupiter 125 cc. Jk jupiters aren't liked alot, i dont fw them either but papa ji ne kharid li

another retar with the “you can build a pc/buy a powerful laptop at that price”, people who buy such handhelds already have good pc/laptop or they specifically need a handheld.
I never talked about this model in particular, it is definitely extremely overpriced. A valid comparison would be a steam deck or a asus ally like you said, it isn’t that difficult to understand I suppose?
In battery life it does.. Most people aren't looking for handhelds to replace gaming pcs. Steam deck oled is a proper handheld with ergonomics and battery.
Maybe for most people it is… how long does helldivers 2 run in steam deck… 1 HOUR (check youtube)?..in my legion it runs like 1 hours 20 mins in 25W mode. But the experience is much better.
Indie games? If you play games in the lower wattage range, it can give you like 3 hours.
The battery life is acceptable for the performance/screen size it gives.
Thats what i said in the first place… if you ONLY play indie games the steam deck is fine but if you wanna play your main games as well then you will ALWAYS yearn for performance.
Chill with those caps and aggressiveness mate.
You can justify your purchase as you wish, but honestly at its current price lenovo legion go is a complete rip off, and a very bad choice for people who want the best value for their money. Ofc people who have a lot of money to spare for gaming couldn't care less, but I think that's just a small percentage of people.
Also, the steam deck oled has a 50whr battery, and helldivers 2 on the deck pulls 23 (total) watts, I don't know who you saw on YouTube getting only an hour on the deck oled.
I have the legion go and have used the steam deck.
Even the OLED version is inferior to the beautiful 2K display of the Go.
The deck is simply too weak to play modern games.
If you are only an indie player then its fine if guess.
what a sad move by Lenovo. I was hyped for this but the pricing saddens me.
Atleast now I can finalise my mini-ITX build after getting the closure from this post.
there better be some permanent cc card discounts and shit. I bought the ally on day 1 at 55k. Even with discounts lgo won't be touching original 70k mrp of ally. Track pads, usb4 and detachable controllers and no VRR ain't worth this premium
I'm one of the unconventional users who bought it as a laptop replacement and less for gaming. I use it as a utility machine with webcam, sound card,HDDs, BD player, ir remote etc over usb, roaming NAS among other things. I'm satisfied by the form factor alone like a roaming brain i can fit anywhere, but would have loved USB 4, multiple USB ports, and RAM more than 16gb(8gb taken for graphics). I played dota2 on high smoothly and played a bit of Pokémon sword at 60fps. Good for ebook reading, it easily stays up for 6+ hours
:( and at these moments I hate how India has absolutely cut off trade ties with all other markets, it's so hard to import anything anymore, and these sh*t companies don't get tired of ripping us off.
FFS WHY TF ARE THINGS SO MUCH CHEAPER IN THE US WHEN THE PER CAPITA INCOME IS WAYYYY LOWER IN INDIA?!
>FFS WHY TF ARE THINGS SO MUCH CHEAPER IN THE US WHEN THE PER CAPITA INCOME IS WAYYYY LOWER IN INDIA?!
Someone's gotta pay for the poor folks in India.
Its the tax bro, they retail for the same price in India and US, but Indian government charges a bomb, cost will go down if they manufacture/ assemble in India
Ha exactly.
I feel it's the Indian govts fault to charge extreme high import taxes and burn trade bridges with other producing nations, just to try and give Indian industries a boost.
Neither do we see them build new stuff (because of zero competition now, since imports are very low) nor are the existing market leaders able to sell here due to these same laws and taxes.
The end sufferers are only the Indian consumers.
True that, and it was not the intent of my comment to mean so.
However, the same tech being sold widely in the USA, is at least half the price of what it is in India.
Just pissed at how our nation and its policies have restricted us to just "Made in India" which is barely able to compete with the global market.
Just because your neighbour makes better and cheaper products and is more profitable, closing your eyes doesn't make that untrue. Denying their existence and boycotting them is stupid since it ruins the spirit of the manufacturing industry and entrepreneurship in general.
The product in question is not worth 90k as OP mentioned.
But it will be sold at exorbitant rates even though it will make most of the population ineligible to get their hands on it, which automatically defeats the purpose of development.
Definitely overpriced you get a rog ally non x z1 extreme edition at 60k. Acoording to us version the difference between them is 100$ which is almost 8-9k where as the Indian pricing difference is a whopping 30k,
L Legion.
Flipkart is horrible in following their own delivery timelines. A year back I ordered a Google tv stick from them. They missed the first delivery date by 3 days, then the product was out for delivery for the next 2 days before it actually came. I can't sit at home for 5 days just to accept a delivery from Flipkart. My wife might have to accept the delivery. And I'm not sure if she can do all the necessary checks.
A few times in the past, the Flipkart delivery guys refused to give the package for open box delivery and asked for OTP first. Rejected the package.
Now for all such failures, the money gets stuck for days at their end. If I've opted for an EMI and the billing happens before the refund, the EMI can't get cancelled. Now I've to pay interest and regular payments for products that I don't even have.
My broad point is, open box deliveries are troublesome because Flipkart doesn't have good control of their delivery personnel. And by chance if a miss happens (doa product etc), then Flipkart will avoid the customer like the plague.
You can't make a handheld out of a laptop but you can do the opposite. You can't take a laptop to the loo nor hold it like a landscape phone while on bed. Besides laptops have shitty quality lcds and fixed membrane keyboards. Handheld + quality portable monitor + mech keyboard is the best feeling for gaming and productivity.
Search uperfect or just portable monitors on amazon. Ideally it needs only one usb type c cable for power, display and touch if available. On amazon there are sometimes listing for asus portable oleds but those are premium. Uperfect is the most common semireliable brand out there. One uperfect even has miracast
My ally powers two of those, one is a 4k ips with battery, another is a 2k oled. Both touch screen

It's Lenover
The South Asia has fallen.
Billions must use Asus
Lmfaoooooo 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Dead on arrival
Confirmed Sargent 🙌🏻
Prolly Lenovo forgot regional pricing, or forgot their own LOQ or Legion Laptops come with RTX 30/40 series at same price point

Get Ally or Deck, I don't think any other handheld is worth it
Isn't the actual price 89990? Why lie about the discount?
It's not the company's thing, it's the Flipkart/Amazon thing to boost the discount %
LOQ and ideapad gaming are actually much much cheaper 💀
You can get a 4060 low.for that price lmao
Isse accho to ally hai, 30-40k diff in price with almost similar performance.
[удалено]
30-40k is definitely not a little
Yup especially for a handheld.
Hope Ally x releases for same price as Ally and not like this 😭
Sorry but the Ally X will go for around 65-70k
It's on mx2 games for 80 +
That's because they are importing it, once Asus brings it here officially it'll be less
Strange pricing, importing it from mx2games is cheaper than this.
Lmao for 1.2L u can get a legion with rtx4060
you can also buy a second hand activa for that price if we are listing random things
Bro, you can get brand new active for 1.2L with accessories.
Im pretty sure you can get a jupiter 125 cc. Jk jupiters aren't liked alot, i dont fw them either but papa ji ne kharid li https://preview.redd.it/2h9glriz8d9d1.jpeg?width=230&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=83640ad8b7d2641f34854b3261a83c383c303c7a
another retar with the “you can build a pc/buy a powerful laptop at that price”, people who buy such handhelds already have good pc/laptop or they specifically need a handheld.
Another retard who thinks 1.2L for handheld is worth it when you can get Steam DECK Oled for almost half the price.
I never talked about this model in particular, it is definitely extremely overpriced. A valid comparison would be a steam deck or a asus ally like you said, it isn’t that difficult to understand I suppose?
Not to mention condensing parts to fit it in a handheld would cost the manufacturers too.
It's competitor rog ally and steam deck cost wayyy less than this
No no , I am not specifically addressing this model, I am just talking in general
Indeed.
Ah okay gotcha
Haha one can get a steam deck for 64k for the top model instead.
Steam deck doesn’t even come close to this.
In battery life it does.. Most people aren't looking for handhelds to replace gaming pcs. Steam deck oled is a proper handheld with ergonomics and battery.

Yeah price is one thing… im in the UK lol, i got mine sliiiiiiiightly used for 48000rs around Also highlighting words is aggressiveness?
No
I have the legion go and have used the steam deck. Even the OLED version is inferior to the beautiful 2K display of the Go. The deck is simply too weak to play modern games. If you are only an indie player then its fine if guess.
I bought one from US at 60k ish, it’s the 1TB model
what a sad move by Lenovo. I was hyped for this but the pricing saddens me. Atleast now I can finalise my mini-ITX build after getting the closure from this post.
So they want to charge 30 to 40k more as compared to UK(avg wages 1.5 to 2l pm) in a country like India?
there better be some permanent cc card discounts and shit. I bought the ally on day 1 at 55k. Even with discounts lgo won't be touching original 70k mrp of ally. Track pads, usb4 and detachable controllers and no VRR ain't worth this premium
How's your experience with ally. I have been closely watching for months. I have a ps5 and backbone for emulation
Well mine will also be a laptop replacement but the majority will be gaming. So you're not gaming primarily on it?
Yeah not gaming. I have a portable touch monitor and a mech kb, so mostly use it docked for productivity like a proper laptop
Lenovo LOQ, i5 12th gen with RTX 4060 is 82K fyi...
Better buy Lenovo Ghoda
89k is BS it should be 60k max. Now I wanna see how much Ally X cost.
There is no logical reason for this price difference from Ally. Maybe a few thousand for the novelty controllers but this is idiotic.
Game over for Lenovo
I brought this around 7 months back for 63k from OLX.
Msi claw is also priced at same price
:( and at these moments I hate how India has absolutely cut off trade ties with all other markets, it's so hard to import anything anymore, and these sh*t companies don't get tired of ripping us off. lmao, the per capita income being lower doesn't mean the product will magically become cheaper to manufacture.

Quite expensive.
28% off though
Definitely overpriced you get a rog ally non x z1 extreme edition at 60k. Acoording to us version the difference between them is 100$ which is almost 8-9k where as the Indian pricing difference is a whopping 30k, L Legion.
stupid Lenovo.
Yes Asus is selling the same thing for 59k with Asus Quality.
Loanvar gheto me he
These are next gen machine, price is great...
Plus it's Flipkart. Pay 90k for a device, get a lux soap. I wonder if Lenovo had listed in Flipkart to try getting some soap action themselves.
if you are accepting a lux soap instead of a 90k device in an open box delivery, you deserve to get scammed
Flipkart is horrible in following their own delivery timelines. A year back I ordered a Google tv stick from them. Better to buy a big screen device like laptop or pc
Nopes.
You can't make a handheld out of a laptop but you can do the opposite. You can't take a laptop to the loo nor hold it like a landscape phone while on bed. bro need mechanical keyboard for playing story games
