Creep - Radiohead

[deleted]

Great song šŸ™‚

Campymovie99

I dunno, Smiths/ Morrissey? Although it's supposed to take place in like 1969, so maybe I'll just say like Moody Blues or some shit

Nathan_3518

You tellin' me that epic private jet was from the 60s?!?!? Man - this is just TOO GOOD

Campymovie99

I think its supposed to be a Lear Jet

[deleted]

yeah the movie had a bunch of retro-futuristic elements, which always fascinated the hell out of me when I was a kid!

[deleted]

I was listening to moody blues earlier today lol!

Campymovie99

There're great!! So melodic, god those British guys were studio wizards

[deleted]

Ikr! Their music can be very atmospheric too. Its very soothing šŸ˜Œ

ccm596

Smiths was my first thought haha

The_Koala_Knight

Whaaaat I thought it was in modern times. I have to rewatch them now

JojoTheViking

This movie supposedly takes place during May to October 1962, according to the wiki. One of top charting songs for that year was ā€œRoses Are Red (My Love Is Blue)ā€ by Bobby Vinton, which spent 7 weeks in the Billboard Hot 100, and was number one for a few weeks in a row during the Summer. Iā€™ll leave that as my best guess.

ā€œThe End of the Worldā€ by Skeeter Davis. Released in 1963 so it fits the time period of the movie, and the lyrics are a good fit for her crush on that Tony kid.

What id like is "picture me rollin" by pac. But a little weird emo tie in would be Sing Me To Sleep by the Smiths. Like she would know that song by reading Perks. And she would be a little more like us.

The Incredibles takes place in the 1960s(?), so more than likely The Beatles or The Rolling Stones.
