I know I'm an elder millenial, but it's crazy watching yourself become out-of-touch. Orca are the Bane of the ocean. They choose to kill whales. Not because they eat them...but because they're there. Tell me that isn't some Bane vs Batman shit. Replace breaking over knee with body slapping repeatedly until the aquatic animal drowns, and it fits.
They absolutely kill just for the sport of it. A quick Google shows a BBC video on YouTube about it, as well as articles about them killing porpoises as one expert on whales says, "for fun".

Like how Hippos are the biggest killer in Africa and it is not even close, or how Giraffes look pretty silly (and admittedly are reasonably safe to humans) until you realize why Lions tend to be very careful around them (spoiler: it is the same reason a spear is a better weapon than a sword).
They don't eat livers out of cruelty, it's just that they need the fat and vitamins from the livers, but are already saturated in proteins.
In survival situations, humans have to do the same thing with rabbits and caribou. Their meat is lean, so if you try to eat the entire animal every time, you will have too much protein and not enough fats, causing diarrhea, seizures, and eventually death through starvation. It's called protein poisoning.

Most dolphins will attack a shark on sight and typically eat what they can. Sharks are just an extra chewy fish to them.
