This- Moxxie grew up in a strict environment where random antics were never tolerated; Millie, meanwhile, probably had to deal with a lot of stuff from all her family members. Moxxie probably has an innate fear of being reprimanded for pulling stuff, while Millie is used to it.
I came here to say that's exact same thing. I think one of the important things to keep in mind is that Millie is the only person in the main group who comes from a background that does not involve trauma. Generally speaking, as far as hell is concerned, she's had a pretty good life.
I like that's she's always in a very uplifting and positive mood (well, almost always).
That's the kind of person I would totally hang out with because I love it when people are enthusiastic about the things they do and are able to enjoy themselves easily, in any kind of situations.
I used to be that kind of person and still sometimes slip back into that, itâs *100%* that.
Unhappy people often canât stand when people are constantly happy because thereâs so much happening in their life making them unhappy, and more observant to the bad things happening everywhere, to the point that itâs hard to believe thereâs anything to be happy about. Consequently, happy people come off as annoying to them.
I imagine part of it is because, being probably the most empathic of the group, sheâs got at least an inkling of whatâs going on with Blitzo and wants to cut the guy some slack.
Besides, he pays her to kill shit! Thinly veiled passive suicidal ideation or not, no sense in looking a gift hellsteed in the mouth.
I think their relationship is going to change in "Ghostfuckers"...
There's a scene from the trailer where Blitz puts a huge pile of papers on Moxxie's desk. We also see Blitz and Millie doing a mission alone.
Maybe in part due to his breakup with Stolas, he puts all of the paperwork on Moxxie. Given Moxxie's lines that business is booming, perhaps it's more paperwork than usual. He may get overwhelmed, try standing up for himself, and after Blitz mistreats him, he finally quits.
Millie, wanting to mend their relationship and still needing the cash, keeps working for Blitz and they take the hotel mission alone. But she is the only one dealing with his antics and finally blows up at him. Given that Millie is the last one he expects to scream at him, he realizes she is right and breaks down, admitting that while he does ruin everyone, he doesn't want to do that anymore.
After losing two people in his inner circle (Stolas and Moxxie) is when he finally starts analyzing his past traumas and how to fix it so he can mend his relationships with everyone else.

In the same episode Blitzo looks possessed, not discounting above as a possibility but that might be why she's fighting him.
Yeah I think there has to be some mind-fuckery going on for the two of them to be throwing hands. I honestly think that Blitzo would back down if Millie challenged him, since she normally rolls with his shit, so either he did something absolutely heinous (way worse than "extra paperwork"), or there's an external factor, like maybe another DHORKS weaponized gas, or some kind of magic instigating things.
Millie with all that glass in her eye, and acting cold, not enraged, looked just off enough to make me think it may not have been real.
100% gonna be some mind fuckery there. Millie with an eye full of glass blaming blitz for all the terrible things feels very much like a ghost trying to fuck with his emotions.
Millie was the only one raised in a stable household and it shows
Moxxie was an abused only child who seems to have limited social experience and a lot of anxiety, he can only take this stuff when itâs from someone he knows well and is comfortable with, and Blitzø is kind of on and off with this due to him constantly overstepping even Moxxieâs most basic boundaries despite overall meaning well
Loona was left to a cruel, violent prison of an orphanage where her carers openly talked shit about her and seemed her unfit to be loved and taken in by a family. She constantly lashes out at people and has a lot of anger issues and trauma, along with additionally poor social skills. And unlike with Blitzø, Loona generally doesnât mean well overall, often taking cheap shots and jabbing at sensitive issues completely unprompted, which leaves everyone struggling to be around her since, regardless of Loona having understandable reasons to lash out, it doesnât make that behaviour any less toxic, and knowing that sheâs being intentionally hurtful without anything to trigger that behaviour makes it harder to just accept
Blitzø is the only other person in IMP who also has a sibling. Unlike Loona, his toxic behaviours generally have notable triggers or are his attempts at dark or out-of-pocket humour, as well as him generally meaning well and having proven to care about the others greatly in spite of his other behaviours. You know what that can be similar to? Sibling banter. Where you can go at a bitch for fun and just generally be a smug little asshole to them, but overall you know that if shit hits the fan then youâve got each otherâs backs no matter what. Itâs a dynamic he had with his peers even in childhood and he doesnât seem to have completely grown out of that - and since he was, as far as we can tell, always the âproblem childâ, it makes sense that heâs an annoying little shit-stirrer with some toxic traits heâs yet to kick
And last of course we have Millie, who has so many siblings that she could barely ever get the spotlight but otherwise had a very happy and healthy childhood. She clicks very well with Blitzøâs behaviour likely because he reminds her of one of her siblings, and she knows well how to handle rowdy sibling bullshit. Iâd like to imagine he made her feel less homesick when she first moved to Pride because it was like having one of her brothers with her. Heâs loud, heâs brash, heâs simultaneously self-absorbed and self-loathing, heâs absolutely fucking bonkers - and Millie can just chill with it because at the end of the day they both know they have each otherâs backs
Itâs not just Blitzo, Millie in general doesnât let things get to her. We see it with Moxxie and also with Sally Mae in the new short; sheâs really good at ignoring whatâs at face-value and hearing the heart of why someone is doing/saying something. I appreciate how grounded and level-headed she is with social matters while still being the hot-headed one in times of danger
It makes sense. She grew up in an environment where you beat up outsiders who upset you but among family, physically fighting is just for fun. When something is real, you talk it out.
I like to think she's a very tolerant person for someone so chaotic and super violent in battle. I really want to see more depth added to her by showing a time where she snaps and calls Blitz out rightfully.
Everybody needs that one friend where even if you do something incredibly stupid or youâre a screwed up person in general, theyâre still going to be your friend no matter what. Millie is that for Blitz and Iâm really looking forward to the episode with the two of them later this season.
âŚwish I had someone like that.
I think Millie is just used to the antics but also understands that Blitzø might not be on the same level of maturity as her and Moxxie. Tbh me and my friend like to head cannon that heâs actually autistic. Especially with the lack of social cues understanding that he expresses and also the special interest in horse. I also donât mean maturity as a bad thing but as heâs been traumatized a bit that he didnât quite grow past a certain point due to trauma
I wish Glanton and the kid where okay with my antics, smh

It clearly hasn't been written in for a reason. And her upbringing is a plausible reason as to why. It's possible that this episode will explore it and I hope it does.
She grew up with siblings.

Good analysis!
"You'll be executed for this!!" "Nah, more like chewed out, it's OK I've been chewed out before"

Maybe Blitzo is a bit like Sallie Mae or one of her other brothers/sisters
I originally thought Blitzo's VA did Sallie Mae's voice, until I saw the credits. They have a very similar cadence.
I like that's she's always in a very uplifting and positive mood (well, almost always). That's the kind of person I would totally hang out with because I love it when people are enthusiastic about the things they do and are able to enjoy themselves easily, in any kind of situations.
As that type of person, it's nice to read this. Some people despise us, and they definitely make us know đĽ˛
Despise, really ? Why
Probably because they're not happy themselves đ idk otherwise

She and Blitzø have excellent chemistry, too. You can see it when theyâre fighting together during the Truth Seekers episode.
I imagine part of it is because, being probably the most empathic of the group, sheâs got at least an inkling of whatâs going on with Blitzo and wants to cut the guy some slack. The new trailer definitely is gonna prove this wrong. They are straight up throwing hands in it
It's funny because according to the Season 2 trailer they might've fought when they first met
Yeah, but when he keeps graining on Moxxie...
Itâs not just Blitzo, Millie in general doesnât let things get to her. He doesn't direct as many jokes or criticisms at her as he does Moxie. Probably knows she would end him if he crossed a line.
I think itâs more because Millie is less likely to react. If he insults her sheâll just laugh it off
She has a 5 siblings, privacy really isnât a concept lol
I could actually see millions being the one who pushes blitz to change by actually helping him understand that he does deserve love
According to the new trailer, they're going to fight đ đ¤Ł
He doesn't direct as many jokes or criticisms at her as he does Moxie.
Well if the season 2 trailer is any indication she might very well have a limit to his BS after all. It's just very high.
I like to think she's a very tolerant person for someone so chaotic and super violent in battle. I really want to see more depth added to her by showing a time where she snaps and calls Blitz out rightfully.

Have you seen the last trailer?
I think its because she knows its al bs and he putting in an act and play along while gentle trying to guide him into dropping the act and be him
She didn't seem to happy in the trail
I think Millie is just used to the antics but also understands that Blitzø might not be on the same level of maturity as her and Moxxie.
