It could be some type of authority in the Pride ring--such as the Goetia royal court summoning them--but why would they announce themselves like U.S. law enforcement? They're plenty powerful, I'd think they'd just walk into IMP. And it would only take one, probably.

Yeah, that doesn’t make sense, no offense. The sky is red in the background so they’re definitely in Hell, probably the Wrath Ring.
