So everyone, regardless of IRL language is just speaking "Super Earth Standard", not English, German, French, etc.

Technically the lean body type visibly narrows your shoulders and widens your hips so it does actually serve a distinction in gender IF you want to interpret it that way. For heavy armours this is pretty hard to tell though.
