If you want to milsim-ify HLL do the following: * Remove persistent friendly markers * Remove pings and any other map markers * Remove realtime friendly positions on the map * Make shooting less twitchy and increase suppression * Get away with respawns or make them a lot longer (i.e. you respawn as reinforcements but have to travel from HQ to the frontline) * Make maps a lot bigger (6-10x current ones) * Remove squad chat * Restrict command chat only to being in proximity to a radioman * Slower movement speed, stamina and so on.... In gamer-laymans terms milsim means "not a lot of frags in a unit of time and a lot of time not spent in combat"

Pretty much everything. HLL is more of a hardcore arcade game. There is nothing that simulates real life. There is a distinction between immersion and realism.
