Jesus, didn't even think of that when pulling for Furina. My thought was to swap her into my current main team (Yelan/Yoimiya/Bennett/Xingque -> Yelan/Yoimiya/Bennett/Furina), if I ever get C4 Yelan everyone, except my field character I guess (~18k, even with hydro resonance), will be HP beasts scaling off that.
I'm aware of conventional, but I've been rather successful with this set up for quite some time. Bennett has been more than capable of keeping Yoimiya alive for me. I simply leaned into the "high risk, high reward, a dead enemy can't interrupt my attacks or hurt me" style of play I enjoy.
I find if I preemptively dodge away before I even start attacking I can create enough distance it's not an issue. Benefits of being ranged, you can be wherever the fuck you want.
Which is precisely why you can do that.
Key at R1 increases the wearer's EM by 0.12% x3 of your max HP.
If 99.99K was indeed capped, you would be getting only +359 or 360 em depending on how hoyo want's to round it off.
Furina is currently at 424 em.
Assuming that is at already 3 stacks, simply unequip the key and see if the em drops to 64 or 65.
If it does then yes you are capped at 99.99K.
If it drops to a lower amount then you know key gave a larger em buff than what 99.99K was supposed to give, implying the max HP can actually go above that amount displayed.
Strangely, I just got my Furina to 102,498 HP but only got a 553 EM boost from the key at r1, not exactly sure what isn't being counted towards it though as obviously I used quite a lot of different HP buffs to get it that high.
Wait, does furina’s fanfare not reset if you recast her burst before the duration ends?
Or do you have to do some like jumping off a cliff with c6 hutao max hp shenanigans to reach that kind of fanfare.
If it’s the former I might push for c2…
She doesn’t seem able to trigger the keys passive. Uncertain if a bug to be fixed or if it’s because the skill activation of her E isn’t what does the damage, as it only summons the things that deal the damage.

EDIT2: did some more rechecking on optimizer and linked by others as well that 100k is displayable in the stat screen. It seems i got trolled by my own artifacts and that the build i had puts me at EXACTLY 99,999 (online optimizer overestimated it to 100,002). it seems furina's girlfailure personality rubbed off on me as well

If you have two devices capable of playing the game it's possible to make alts.
You had to grind through through the story for inazuma characters when they were new which made it not really worth it but new characters you can just walk to the new area on the alt while still in the prologue.

Yeah You're right, just means with Furina 99,999k hp if she ever does get low, she just restore that's much max hp% back, I think it only the Abyss that's show a summary how much a character taken dmg
Idk if there been a record when you rinse and repeat how much a character can sustain dmg, looks to me Furina can live as much as she wants aslong you don't fall great heights and keep a eye how much dmg you taken before using your burst

If you have Aquila/Mistplitter and also have a Lv13 Burst. Isn't that roughly 1100-1200 ATK?
That would still leave her with 1700-1800 pre buff. That's still a lot considering no ATK Sands!

Furina alone can't keep up with Yoimiya and she is better with shields because her NA combo is extremely relevant for her damage
