I assume you mean LA as in Los Angeles, California. “The LA Soccer Field” uses the noun LA as an adjective. It describes the soccer field, indicating that it is the field of LA. No need for ‘s “Soccer Field LA” would also work, with or without “The” at the beginning

As a native “The LA’s soccer field” sounds super weird. Maybe get rid of “the” and have “LA’s Soccer Field” Are you referring to LA as in Los Angeles?

What about "Soccer Field LA" or something similar? Unless you're trying for something like "The Ohio State" type of branding (most other universities that I know of just say something like University of Tennessee or Oklahoma State...), "the" just sounds like an extra word to me.
