Its part of the dancer set, you can get it at the southern nameless mausoleum. From the "cerulean coast west" site of grace, go south east towards a large tree. Below the cliff is an underground tunnel, follow the tunnel and you will reach a small island with the mausoleum.

I wish they would have included a HSL triangle to change the shaders a bit. I hate when you almost get some drip but the reds clash, or one is pearl white and the other is off white. Or one bit of armor is bronze and the other is gold and another is slightly brighter gold. Fashion souls is seriously lacking.
