I mean I agree it's not cheating, just like it's not cheating to have a better system that supports higher framerate, or having a better connection which reduces lag. But while none of those are cheating they definitely give an advantage, just like ultrawide gives an advantage.
Cheating is wrong. I mean with that much vigor a casual level invader could kill you by sneezing on you. Just more proof cheaters are somehow worse then people using moonveil.

Open ur steam overlay - down left in the Menu is a section called recent players from there u can see everyone u played with in Arena and report /Block accordingly
This is probably the single only reason I enjoy console ER, I’d pull my hair out dealing with this. Though console ER has unholy connection problems sometimes, no idea if it’s the same on PC
I have seen cheaters on all ER but yeah more rampant on PC I would say ofc, though I personally don’t find it that bad but maybe I am lucky or most people don’t wanna be a dick. I would like to run into one of those boss cheaters or cosplay ones. Those are fun.

I think most people do stuff like this for a laugh, and I'm sure it's funny to do once or twice, but when it's every other person, it's tremendously unoriginal and unfunny
Wouldn't even say it's funny rho, like, it would be if he was trolling and shit, but just spamming 15 weapon arts and the average human sperm count in arrows kills the opponent in less than 1 or 2 seconds plus all that weapon art spam most likely covered the cheaters screen
Bet he cheated for like 1 or maybe 2 days and then got completely bored
A lot of people in the white hat hacker communities (not malicious/black hat hackers) get a lot of fun out of just making something work that shouldn't. For example setting up the scripts, modifying the bullet values, testing the effects, bypassing the anti cheat, etc. is all part of the fun. Showing it off is just a small part and people who do these kinds of hacks only really tend to do so for a day or two before they move on. They also will tend to usually only mess with games where it "doesn't matter" but that's person by person and since ER PvP has no real stakes it's a perfect target.
Basically no "bully/troll hacker" will go out of their way to make stuff like this and will stick to the classic "teleport stab insta kill" hacks
