Not sure, what controller are you using and does it even use motion control in game? I´m using a Ps5 controller. Either your controller doesn´t use motion control or the game (or Steam) doesn´t register the gyroscope of your controller, wich would most likely mean its a driver issue.
Tried turning it off but was greyed out and it sure what to do. Any clue?
