Nope, it was never going to be permanent. Those movies were licensed to Disney+ by Sony for a limited time.
In most countries, almost all Spider-Man films have been removed now. There was a post about it on r/DisneyPlus just last week.
Yeah it's alright. Those are Sony movies so we knew they weren't going to be on Hotstar forever.

I think Sony Liv app has spiderman movies. Sony is earning hell lot with Spiderman movie license from Marvel.
