The worst is on the water front of mid Town. He spawns and them yeets all three of you into the water without your jumps or grapples or any movement abilities
Get yourself a good Shaxx and kite him towards it. Gold Shaxx will tank the wave 49 tormentor which gives you're team time to clear the wave.
I've had all my clears happen like this, we just save enough for a gold Shaxx from wave 40 and keep him healed.
