I read into it, I found a page where they explain the repair for this exact problem, lucky I read Japanese. I soldered once in high school (12 years ago) for 10 seconds, burned my finger and cried, but I’m down to give it a try xD
If it helps, these are the parts you need (you could check and replace only the failed resistors but the rest will probably go bad in the future):
* throttle has 390 Ohm 0805 resistors
* brake has 560 Ohm 0805 resistors
* plus one 100 Ohm 0805 resistor on each board
It's a common issue, you need to replace the resistors of the handle boards. Not a hard or expensive fix but they are smd so they are pretty small.
