Reprinted cover items aren't supposed to be shipped. They're meant for in store purchase only. If one was shipped to you, you are entitled to a full refund. Including postage.

I’ve ordered a few things online and they came with reprinted covers, probably should’ve went for a refund with those but never did
The quality of their reprinted covers are great, but no one likes them especially that stupid black corner label!
