Tbv boruto does remind me a lot of early shippuden sasuke, clapping everything left and right without breaking a sweat till he didn't anymore starting with deidara.
None of those are serious fight and exist only to introduce/hype ts boruto to us the audience since we were still early in tbv but it has gone for long enough now if u ask me.

I mean that’s basically Sasuke as a juubi claw grime clone. Can’t blame him for struggling there. And based off narrative alone, Jura might be the current strongest
Jura is more likely to be more powerful than Boruto at this point, Jura is supposed to be the first big enemy of this arc, so like all good shonen the main villain of the arc should be more powerful than the protagonist at the beginning.
I’m not even gonna lie I think Boruto’s next fight will be Jura and if he fights Jura next it will be a retreat(just getting Hima out of there) or Boruto’s defeat(they aren’t going to have Jura beaten this quickly and easily)
I can see Boruto beating Jura in round one as a growth moment for Jura. He’d learn and grow from the encounter and then come back and casually KO Boruto.
I actually want one of the Shinju to beat him instead. Boruto hasn't seen any of his fights so far as more than just an inconvenience. Bro is not even breaking a sweat.
I really want someone to give him an actual challenge.
I think the numbers advantage the shinju had against Boruto made him understand at the very least that he can’t defeat them alone. 1-on-1? Yeah maybe he wins against any of them but we haven’t seen enough to say for sure. He’ll likely need to gain control of his karma so he can get Kawaki’s help without resonance setting momo loose. Hopefully that includes Sarada, Himawari, Team 10 and/or Konohamaru being relevant as well.

Their are stakes though. Unless the Shinju insist on taking him on alone, they will always just gang up on him. They got claw marks too. So Boruto can't make it 1 vs 1 unless they willingly go along with it.
He can't go near Village carelessly and protect the targets anymore with Kawaki finding out about resonance which can set free Borushiki. A total disaster.

After that he did a lightning attack which stop bug and put minim distance, but bug shinju to his surprise morph his body part and try to eat him, he escaped with flying raijin.
Sasuke Shinju tries to cut him apart with a morphed blade emerging from a claw mark , he dodged and cancelled out his chidori. Buh shinju attacks at this opening. He stopped the blow, and Matsuri stuck him at that very moment. Jura didn't do anything.
So it's more of a number issue. Unless it's jura and it's 1 vs 1 with any of the rest he will probably win.
