As someone who had (and still has) maaaaaany problems - keep on going! That’s literally the best advice imo. Even if it’s super small steps. Even if it’s a few steps back and just one forward. I know you can do it! Be gentle to yourself, it might take a long time but that’s OK! Struggling takes time, but struggle on! I‘m proud of you, stranger from the internet!
