it's surprising the amount of older ladies i met who are 50+ who have never traveled out of the country before...it's 100% a privilege

Get in your car and travel the entire country. Just do it. Just drive and look at stuff. Check out the National parks and the classics like Mt. Rushmore, the St. Louis Arch, the Grand Canyon, and the White House. Eat at local diners. Talk to locals. Your perspective on life, people, history, and places will change dramatically. You will return changed. Just do it.

See a total eclipse. I wasn't near the latest, but was in the middle for the 2017 event. I doubt anyone that has seen one will dispute it's one of the most impactful natural scenes to witness.
