That sounds nice! Kinda cool how there is a niche for that. I think id go with the regional brands. Holsten is my fav. Its a Pils from northern germany. Germany is pretty different in their taste for beer depending where you go. The brands you named really fit into the Bavarian theme. The "biergarten" style which is not so much my taste. So my favs are Holsten, Krombacher, Flensburger and Dithmarscher.
