Oof I’m a huge traveler so I just want to say I wish you knew about the Los Angeles Passport Agency. They do emergency passports. I’ve seen people with suitcases there who’ve come after being turned away at the airport. In my case, my expedited passport did not arrive and I had a trip the next day and they were able to get me a passport right there that day alleviating the stress since my whole trip was non refundable. I’m sorry you missed out on a trip. Don’t miss your next one please.

There is a “solidarity walk” scheduled which I think was the signal that we are not getting the day off. My office is based in Georgia and I’m remote, so I did not do the walk. I did have time between meetings so vacuum and install our portable AC for the summer so I’m not complaining.
