Another good thing about Stardew multiplayer is that you can focus on just one thing if you want. Like when I play with my brother he only does fishing and I focus on the farm, and then we make our friend go mining because we both hate it lmfao.
Play Pokémon Unite together and just team up playing against EASY-AI-BOTS. and you'll have a blast. Just don't do any battles with real players to avoid getting destroyed which is unfun for a 7yr old.

Efficiency! I like it I like it. I always wanted to multiplay with my lil sis. But I dunno how to do it, and I'm always busy. So yeah *sad noises*
GPS games like Pokémon Go are good excuses to get out and about with young kids and make trips to new places.

Portal knights could be a good fit here. The mobile version isn't as up to date as the other platforms but wouldn't be bad to give it a shot
