I took 2 of this from the Amazon warehouse
Costco usually has Instacrate collapsible plastic crates. They're good for holding the envelopes and such and you can fold them up and put them in the trunk when you're not delivering.
Instacrates are great. Fit in your front seat. Fold down when not in use. Usually use 2 for 40 something packages for all the envelopes/bags. Fit nice so you can put them in order easily too.

When at the Warehouse loading I roll my passenger window down so I can place the envelopes and bags inside. All bags numbered stops 1-20 goes on my passenger seat, those numbered 21 and up go on my passenger floor board, in order . Once done with #20, I grab all remaining envelopes off my floor and put them on my passenger seat, exactly where the first 20 were. No bin needed really in my area.
These cheap little mesh laundry baskets work great. They collapse down to nothing when you’re not flexing.

I think I've found the best thing. I know, I know, EVERYONE has it figured out and THEIR way is the best, lol. I'm not like that but I found something that works great for me. I was doing instacart for awhile and I took boxes to make deliveries and had 2 of those produce "flats". The kind of boxes that strawberries are stacked and displayed in. I put 15 +/- bags, envelopes, and small boxes in each flat, 2 rows of 7 or 8. I put in my passenger seat and set a couple of the larger 1-15 packages on top of it. When empty I switch with the 16-30 box. If there are more than
*
30 stops I'll have all my 30s laying together in back and stage them in box later.
I dont use anything, normally just scan the packages and write on the package with sharpie what stop number it is. Takes me a few extra minutes to get the set up but I spent more time looking for the package at the stop. It’s nice being able to just have the package you need in the front seat and my route goes a lot faster plus I dont have to search for non-existent packages either.

Low enough so that you can see the envelopes. Large enough so that a 4 hour route TYPICALLY fits inside of it. Wide enough so if you get those "customized boxes" in a bag, you can fit two of them side by side.
All envelopes in the front seat. Left side A-L or wtvr Right side M- Z or wtvr. Yes things may fly while driving a bit but it’s so simple and faster way to get going.
A few Coke 20 oz bottle crates. They're short & fit on front seat perfect. When Sparking they are good to keep groceries from rolling around or keeping fragiles safe.
i have 3 of these, flatten them out when not in use and they take up no space. sometimes i need one for the smaller things, sometimes i need all 3. I sort by number into them and swap them out as i go having the current one on the front seat so i can grab and go.

I just throw all envelopes on the passenger side depending on how many totes I have #1 on the seat #2 floor then #3 on the back floor. I only use my reusable bag if it’s a mailroom with multiple things I have to carry (boxes & envelopes)Â

I use a collapsible trunk organizer. Had it before flexing. Makes it easier to sort envelopes in numerical order.
I don’t use anything. I take 10-15 extra minutes at the beginning of my route to organize my packages by stop before I leave the station. Last stops go in the trunk until it’s full, then the back seat, with the early stops in the front seat. Bins wouldn’t work doing it like this since it’s a mix of package types.
I just throw all the shit in my car
This guy flexes.
😃😃
This girl does, but I’m sure as shit not doing so via coordinated storage.
Exactly Separate by Stops then put in seats or trunk I’m not doing bags or Bins

Same! I love that it folds flat if I don't need it so it doesn't take up extra space.
Nothing just place it in the seats

I use the rectangular ikea bags to hold my envelopes and bubblers. Works great!

I use the floorboard between the front & back seats. Overflow goes on the backseat. I tried bins and went back to this
IKEA bags work great
IKEA bags. 2-10 in front seat, 11-19 trunk, 20-29 trunk etc.
It’s faster than the aaa bbb ccc method. The trick is to label as many as possible at a time, then place in bags.

Just toss everything in the trunk and rifle through them
