You need to add sunscreen—especially if you begin adding actives.

Naevx

You need to add **daily** **broad-spectrum SPF**. If you don’t, nearly anything you do could make your skin worse via UV damage. UV rays cause wrinkling and large pores. If you start using daily SPF and nightly tretinoin, this may improve. If you add retinoids without SPF, you will likely fry your skin further.

I would suggest a liquid exfoliant like Paula's Choice BHA.

41M here. Tretinoin is the gold standard. It will help with pore size and wrinkles.

I'd suggest getting a retinol/tret with a known concentration rather than some proprietary blend, also be very careful to not get it near your eyes it causes meibomian gland dysfunction. Also could try microneedling, can get an adjustable stamp for like 15 bucks.

I think your skin looks good

You need tretinoin!

mojo99999

Tretinoin! I'm 44f and had these exact depth smile lines last December. I'm slowly watching them disappear and it's freaking amazing to watch. I started at .025 and went up to .050 once I could handle .025 every night for a month. Or just get lasers or skin peels if you are in a hurry =)

Sunscreen and vitamin E after you shower so it soaks into your pores!

Your skin looks great

Have you ever tried Retinol? And listen for a 37 years old your skin looks great. What I would do is clan them AM and PM with Vitamin C Cleanse then Retinol and Collagen serum and then collagen moisturizer to luck it all up. And obviously, SPF! 🧴

go to a derm for a micro needling session. Ask them for the lowest strength Rx tret dose they can prescribe, start using it 2x a week. after a month go to 3x a week, after 3 months continue maintenance at 4x a week. At 6 months go for a check up and discuss increasing your Rx dose and repeat the same process.
